2. Booking and confirmation

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone or by email.

You will receive a confirmation by email or SMS once your booking is confirmed.

It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are accurate (date, time, pickup and drop-off location).

3. Pricing and payment

All fares are quoted in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Prices may vary depending on location, time, distance and special requests.

Payment can be made in cash, by card or online (where available).

Any tolls, parking charges or additional costs incurred during the journey will be added to the fare.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time.

Eating, drinking or smoking in the vehicle is not permitted.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in charges.

Seat belts must be worn at all times.

6. Driver responsibilities

Our drivers are licensed, experienced and committed to providing a safe and professional service.

Drivers have the right to refuse transport to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated or poses a threat to safety.

7. Liability

Lisbon Airport Taxi is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or unforeseen events beyond our control.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data for booking and communication purposes.

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
